Breakfast Activity

Breakfast is called “the first and the most important meal of the day”. It helps boost the energy of the brain, increases body power and mental alertness. To build the healthy habit of eating breakfast in our students,  we set tables of healthy breakfast items, displayed different types of cooked eggs and talked about their benefits.

The Elementary Section organized a Breakfast Activity on 25th February 2022 in school in which students had their breakfast with their classmates. Children bought their own breakfast which they liked the most.                                            
Students were excited and enjoyed eating together early in the morning.
