Mr. Mohammad Abdul Aleem:
A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a Fellow Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA). Mr. Aleem has worked for thirty years with two leading multinationals (Exxon/Engro Chemicals and British American Tobacco/Pakistan Tobacco) in senior executive positions in Pakistan, Singapore, Cambodia, and Mauritius. Since 2004, Mr. Aleem has served in very senior positions with large Government Corporations. His last assignment was as the Managing Director, Pakistan State Oil Limited.
Currently, he is the Chief Executive and Secretary General of Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a board member of three leading companies. He is also the Vice Chairman of Professional Education Foundation. Mr. Aleem has been a board member of international school in Mauritius and has been associated with the Intellect Board since 2008.
Mr. Mukhtar Ahmed Shaikh:
Mr. Mukhtar is the Chairman of Al-Muneeb Foundation. Holding a Master’s degree in Economics he is Group Chairman of Mushtaq Group Inc. He also holds the post of General Secretary at Al-Mushtaq Welfare Trust and Delhi Hakiman Cooperative Society.
Mr. Khalilullah Shaikh:
Mr. Khalilullah Shaikh is the Founder Member of the Intellect School. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He has been associated with K Electric Ltd for around ten years in different roles, most recent being Chief Internal Auditor. He has also served as the Head of Treasury and MIS at Pakistan Refinery Limited. Mr. Shaikh is the Council Member of ICAP and is serving as the Vice President (South) of the Institute for the year 2016-17. He also represents ICAP at Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) Committee of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). Mr. Shaikh is also the Chairman of Education For All Foundation.
Mr. Shaikh is passionate about human development. For the last many years, he has been conducting and organizing various workshops and seminars, locally and internationally, for students and corporate professionals. His student alumni includes over 1,200 qualified Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
Mr. Asif Misbah:
A business graduate from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Mr. Asif is the Chairman and Managing Director of Macter. He has been associated with Macter since 1994 and has played a key role in Macter’s growth and transformation as a leading pharmaceutical company of Pakistan. Through continuous focus on process excellence and management systems’ development, Mr. Asif has led the efforts to develop a high performance team and culture; restructure the organization to improve performance and profitability; improve corporate governance and the transition from a privately held to a publicly listed company; amongst other strategic initiatives.
Mr. Asif serves on the Boards of NGOs in both health and education sectors. He has also been the Chairman of PPMA’s Biologics and Pharma Ethics Committees.
