Sports day

The Annual Sports Day event was held on Friday, 2nd February 2024, at the school’s field, organized by the boys’ campus. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy competition among students. The event commenced with a vibrant opening ceremony, featuring the recitation of the Holy Quran, Naat, National Anthem and an impressive march-pass parade of athletes representing their houses. The atmosphere was electrifying as students, teachers, and parents cheered on the participants.

The sports day featured a wide collection of athletic races providing to various age groups and skill levels. From sprint races, obstacle races to long-distance runs, participants showcased their speed, endurance, and determination. The races were fiercely contested, with each participant giving their best to cross the finishing line.

A highlight of the event was the mesmerizing gymnastics display, where students demonstrated their agility, flexibility, and strength through graceful routines and acrobatic feats. The audience was captivated by the seamless coordination and skillful performances of the gymnasts, leaving everyone in awe.

Adding a martial arts flair to the sports day, a taekwondo demonstration was held, showcasing the discipline, precision, and power of the participants. The martial artists exhibited various techniques, including kicks, punches, wood, and tile breakings, impressing the audience with their skill and focus.

In addition to individual events, team races such as relay races and tug-of-war were organized, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and cooperation. Students collaborated closely with their teammates, strategizing and supporting each other to achieve victory.

As the day drew to a close, the closing ceremony celebrated the achievements of the participants. Medals were awarded to the winners, and a trophy was awarded to the Blue House as they scored the most points across various events. The ceremony concluded with expressions of gratitude to all participants, teachers, and parents for their contributions to the success of the event.
